After walking several hours inside the National Museum my stomach begins to show the signs that its lunch time, so Manong Unyol suggested a restaurant inside the walled city of Intramuros called Ristorante Del Mitre.
We are a little bit hesitant to enter the restaurant because most of their client are foreigners (Chinese, korean, etc.) bilang na bilang mo lang yung pinoy na customer at isa na kami dun, but for the sake of our hungry tummy we decided to continue.
The Menu:
Budget Meals (Photos By. Manong Unyol) |
Wondering why all the food is named after the diferrent Archbishop, bishops and priest?, according to the misionary sister we interviewed it is because its was their favorite food and their are the first client of the resto.
Our Orders:
Crispy Calamares - P 118 |
Iced tea - 38? / 48? |
French Fries - P 58 ( Yes, they're looking at you.) |

If you're looking for a place to satisfy your hunger in peace while enjoying the solemn music, Ristorante Delle Mitre is the place to be.
Author's Note:
