Singkaban Festival or Sining at Kalinangan ng Bulacan is a annual month-long festival of Malolos, Bulacan this year event starts from Aug. 15 to Sept.15 its suppose to like Margi Gras Festival in terms of colorful costumes. It's my first time attending the event so I'm excited about it.

Author's Note:
For me the parade is too short, I remember reading a blog article regarding Singkadan festival that every year fewer and fewer participants joins the parade. I can only hope that this festival won't disappear in the pages of history.

kung lahat ng town sa bulacan sasali malamang aabutin tayo ng Gabi dun heheh pero attend pa rin ako next year, malay mo dumami bigla. :)
