The Aliwan Festival is annualy held in Manila every summer that showcase the different festivals around the archipelago. This year's festival consist of 18 Float ,16 Street Dance groups and more than a dozen Reyna ng Aliwan participants.
It was 2:00 pm in the afternoon, the contingents endured the scorching summer heat while waiting for the turn to show their talent and skills.
