Smiles, Sounds and Costumes | Aliwan Festival 2014

The Aliwan Festival is annualy held in Manila every summer that showcase the  different festivals around the archipelago. This year's festival consist of 18 Float ,16 Street Dance groups and more than a dozen Reyna ng Aliwan participants.
