We arrived at Bantay, Ilocos Sur around 6:00 in the morning, being too early to look around we headed towards Hem Apartelle. (Our accomodation in Vigan). pasensya naman kung isa lang ang pic. he!he!he!. its near the heritage village so no need to ride a tricycle. (walking distance lang)

Directions:
Going to Baluarte is a ten minute drive from Vigan City, Ilocos Sur,
from our hotel we took a tricycle ride which cost around 50 - 60 pesos.
Next destination,
We took another tricycle ride to Hidden garden, A very popular garden restaurant in barangay Bulala.
